Every first few posts you make will be moderated, this is to prevent bots from overtaking the forum. So if you make a post and it doesn't show up, give it a bit of time. It's likely in the queue for us to approve.
If it doesn't show up after a day you can try again or possibly PM one of the moderators/admins to see if maybe someone didn't approve it or catch it.
