I think if it weren't for tumblr I might have given undertale a shot. But even watching the grumps play it, I thought it looked mediocre.

Undertale really isn't supposed to be challenging. If you want challenging, play Dark Souls. You have to go out of your way to do a challenging run in Undertale.

The common thing that happens is no one giving a shit one way or the other at least since everyone is more focused on gathering info on the enemy or any occurrences of shitty business while at best they've gotten together and donated to charities. When have you ever seen any movement towards trying to get women out of vidja that wasn't targeted at their heads and heavy supporters?

How can it be a game if it's not challenging? Wouldn't that just make it a story you have to click a bunch of buttons for a while to get to the next page?
Why not just read a book or get one on tape?

The fighting part seemed the only cool thing about it, but as I said tumblr ruined all the character stuff and spoiled the ending anyway so now there's no point.
